Nikki Wernick is the Executive Vice President of C+C Apartment Management, with overall responsibility
for the property management team. She has held a variety of positions within the company where she
has helped establish C+C as an industry leader.
Nikki joined C+C in 2014 as Senior Vice President of Residential Leasing, overseeing the leasing and
marketing for C+C Apartment Management’s new developments, acquisitions, existing developments
and lotteries, as well as lotteries and management for several 3rd party developers. In her position as
Senior Vice President of Operations she oversaw multiple departments critical to C+C’s operations in the
business including yardi, compliance, and the transition/start up departments.
As a native New Yorker, Nikki is well versed in NYC real estate and began her career as a real estate
agent specializing in rentals in Manhattan. She quickly made her mark with her unique blend of NYC
savvy and knack for developing relationships with landlords. After moving on to one of Manhattan’s
largest brokerages she furthered her reputation as a rental agent and expanded into sales. She was then
quickly entrusted with the management of two of their premier offices. Prior to joining C+C, Nikki was
the Director of Leasing and Marketing at Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town, the largest rental
property in the US, where she spent nine years. She exponentially increased revenue while bringing
vacancy to a record low of less than 3% during her tenure. Nikki has appeared on Open House NYC on
NBC, has been featured in AM New York as Residential Broker of the Week and is a member of the Real
Estate Board of New York.
