Carrie Reich - Co-Founder of C&C 2004 - oversees the daily operations of the portfolio with ultimate responsibility for all operating activities.  Before founding C&C, Ms Reich worked as an Asset Manager at L&M Equity Participants and was responsible for overseeing due diligence, financial analysis, marketing/leasing up and asset management and planning functions for L&M's residential and commercial portfolio.  Prior to joining L&M, Ms. Reich spent over 14 years in the management and administration of low and moderate income and conventional real estate developments.  Her experience ranges from planning and implementing marketing strategies to analyzing and monitoring the performance of affordable properties along with managing and mentoring on site property staffs.  Ms. Reich understands the complex management issues and compliance requirements relating to these highly specialized developments.  Ms. Reich has a Bachelor of Art Degree from the State University College of Oswego.

Jeffrey Moelis - Co-Founder of C&C 2004 - oversees the daily operations of the portfolio with ultimate responsibility for all operating activities.  Mr. Moelis has a diverse business background with experience as an investment banker, private equity investor, entrepreneur, and real estate developer.  Before founding C&C, Mr. Moelis established a successful track record as a private equity investor, most recently as a Managing Director with The Carlyle Group.  Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Moelis helped manage the growth of Paul Capital Partners from a small partnership with six employees in one office managing $300 million to one with over 40 employees in four offices in the US and Europe managing over $2 billion.  Before his career as a private equity investor, Mr. Moelis worked for two years at a non-profit community development group based in Oakland, CA where he served as the Senior Project Manager for the $100 million Fruitvale BART Transit Village, a transit-oriented, mixed use development that evolved into a model for inner city redevelopment.  Mr. Moelis has a BA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts  and a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter Murray - Partner – is responsible for new business and investment opportunities.  Prior to joining C&C, Mr. Murray was the development partner for Loewen Development.  During his 20 years at Loewen, Mr. Murray completed 23 developments (mostly affordable) with over 1,800 housing units as well as ancillary commercial space.  The total dollar value of these developments far exceeds $300,000,000.  As the development partner, Mr. Murray oversaw acquisition, municipal approvals, financing, loan administration and marketing.  Mr. Murray has a BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.  Mr. Murray is admitted to the Florida and New York Bar and is an Executive Board Member of NYSAFAFH and a member of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity – NYC.
